Lawyers Advertising on Craigslist
Solo and small-firm practitioners have discovered that Craigslist has been a great source for generating business, but are challenged by a growing number of lawyer ads and individual state’s advertising rules. Hello
Great post!!! There are number of lawyer for generating business. I think Craiglist should be prosecuted as a pimp because they provided prostitutes the venue to sell themselves, then he needs to do the same thing with the city street department since they provided the ‘avenue’ from which the street-walkers sell their wares, hence they are facilitators using the AG’s logic.
